This opportunity includes the right to purchase intellectual property, which has been used for a variety of modeling and simulation studies using Knowledge Based Expert Systems (KBES). The tools are born out of Artificial Intelligence (AI) work for risk identification and mitigation in large complex situations, which can include large data for both human interaction and also machine interaction for autonomous systems.
The business internally developed the flexible Intellectual Property (IP) and unique processes used to generate over $2.3M in revenue for the owner to solve real world problems. KBES serves as the technology of choice in the identification and mitigation of complex risk providing interventions for strategic action and optimized outcomes. KBES accomplishes this by: Expert Scores, Knowledge Acquisition, Modularity, Accuracy, Prediction of Optimized risk outcomes into the future, and Modeling & Simulation. The company owns all the rights to the modular software libraries. The projects and clients have included medical groups such as hospitals, universities, and healthcare providers, senior government agencies (i.e. DOD, DARPA, NAVY), and large commercial groups such as Ford.
Owner is selling for retirement reasons and is willing to structure an arrangement to support buyer with this technology transition. In addition, the owner is willing to sign a meaningful non-compete as part of the purchase. The business is re-locatable.
This is structured as an asset sale and is neither an offer nor a solicitation to sell securities. Call Doug Scheiding at 210-348-8989 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
